The Residency Program

The Charlotte Eagles Residency Program is a year-long immersive learning experience designed to equip and empower leaders to glorify God and see lives transformed through the global environment of soccer.

Residency Program Pillars

  • Ministry Experience

    Each resident will spend a year expanding their ministry experience by working within one of our Urban or Competitive programs.

  • Community Building

    Each resident will have the opportunity to build community with other Eagles staff, volunteers, players, and community members.

  • Spiritual Growth

    The Residency Program incorporates Sports Ministry Training curriculum and discipleship to encourage spiritual growth.

  • Discernment

    We pray that each Resident completes the program with further clarity regarding God’s calling on their life.
